3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

4. Credits System

• Some features require credits, which can be purchased or earned.
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Unused credits do not expire unless your account is deleted.
• We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and packages.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App.

• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the App.
• Misuse the plant identification feature for harmful purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

• The App and its content are owned by Florify and protected by copyright.
• You retain ownership of photos you upload.
• By uploading content, you grant us a license to process it for the service.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute App content without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

• Plant identifications are AI-generated and may not be 100% accurate.
• Do not rely solely on the App to identify edible or medicinal plants.
• Always consult experts before consuming or using unknown plants.
• We are not responsible for actions taken based on plant identifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Florify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
• We are not liable for any harm resulting from plant identification errors.

9. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through the App.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels in the jurisdiction where Florify operates.
